Collaborative Family Law

The Collaborative Law Process is an alternative approach to "traditional" approach to resolving family law cases. The entire proceeding, including discussion and negotiations are private and remain confidential.

Rather than fighting it out in court, a "team" is assembled to assist in reaching mutually agreeable outcomes. The "team" consists of the couple, each of their attorneys, a mental health neutral, and a financial neutral.

The goals and interests of the individuals are identified the couple decides what is best for their family needs and not a judge.
